While a brief slogan can be catchy, if you want to express a message with any kind of depth or complexity, then an illustration is a great way to go about it. If you consider that how the human brain works, a visual image gets perceived much quicker than the text and is more likely to stick in the memory for longer.

Thus, the advertising & entertainment industry relies heavily on the skills of talented graphic designers who converge their whole concept into a single two-dimensional plane. One of such exceptional talents who have started to create their mark in the field of digital art is Arjun Raveendran, a freelance graphic designer from the district of Kannur in the pristine state of Kerala, India.

After attaining his bachelor's in Visual Communications, he gained over two years of experience in illustration, logo design, and branding. He has currently moved into Chennai to start mastering the art of 3D modeling and VFX.

In addition, Arjun also has been one of the top five finalists in the VIVO – Make in India Logo Challenge, the second runner-up for the Skybags Canvas Project 6.0, and bagged the Honor Creative Award in Watch Face Design Challenge organized by Honor, Huawei.

One of his greatest inspirations includes the works of Kochi-based artist-designer Elwin Charly and he aspires to start his own ad agency. He talks about his difficulties in finding clients during his freelancing days and he passionately mentions the difficulties that the pandemic has brought into an already tough arena. But he also talks about the importance of showcasing your creativity to the world as any one of them can lay the foundation for establishing the foundation of your dream one day.
