We are actively seeking production coordinators with 0-2 yrs of experience for multiple projects. The responsibilities and duties would include project management, strictly track the deliverables, flag issues to the producer, ensure that the Project tracker is updated regularly, track Invoices, participate in production huddle meetings in the absence of a producer, raise vendor payment issues with the producer, drafting contracts, coordination for pre/post production activities, regular interaction with vendors and producers, planning and organizing daily tasks.
